Job description:
The successful applicant will carry out the following main tasks:

• Development and further development in Oracle database environment and Oracle Forms/Reports based applications
• Perform new software development, perform change requests and testing
• Business process concepts and design of data structures
• Create technical specifications based on business specifications
• Responsible to document all programming work in a smart way
• Administrative tasks according to IT processes

The Oracle Senior Developer will be member of Ostrava (Czech Republic) SDCC team and report to the IT Manager CE.

This position offers an opportunity to work in an international environment. The position holder will have local unlimited labour contract.

Skills:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and competences:

Essential:
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English
University or high school degree in IT or Economy or equivalent
Capability to work in international teams
Software knowledge: Oracle DB SQL language, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
Willingness to travel abroad
Location: Ostrava

Desirable:
Familiar with IT processes: ITIL or CMMI or equivalent
Experience with Oracle Apex and Oracle ADF environments
Experience in Oracle Database administration
Knowledge of forest or paper industry
1-3 years or relevant working experience
